Where to begin. We were party of 6. 3 of us ordered same thing. No alcohol. 2 kid beverages only. 65 mins from time we arrived to being served. (Place was less 1/4 capacity. Most drinking. Only 2 other party of 4 eating). 1st had to exchange 2 kid drinks because syrup out and they served them soda water. When food arrived, all but personal pizza cold. Meat was dried out and burnt. Chicken wrap had been left under warmer to point ranch and mayonnaise ran out like milk, bottom of wrap fell apart. Buns for steak sandwich were brick hard. I'm able to bite into.
Took forever. Pickles were disgusting. Health was great prior to eating there, have been on the toilet since. Grab ass in the kitchen, no one seemed to be in charge. Kudos to one waitress I saw working like she cared.
An excellent local bar and grill with a great menu specializing in 1/2 pound burgers and fries. Also, pizza, sandwiches and appetizers. The service was superb by our server, Key! A large venue with lots of room for groups as well as many bar games including billiards, darts and basketball.
Sadly we have experienced very poor service here before, but thought well the food was generally good and maybe middle of week will different. Last time. We're done.
Good point: son enjoyed his hamburger as we waited for manager. 3 of 6 meals (yes only 3 of 6 meals) were taken off the bill.
First time I went here was with a group of 7 people. The waitress seemed more interested in the drunk men who were talking to her throughout the night than she was with her job. Service was terrible and some orders were wrong. Food was still great. Second time I went was a whole different story. Great service. Waitress did her job and the food was on point. They have amazing burgers. I wouldn't hesitate to eat there again.
Wait staff very poor. Went to bar twice for drinks. Food was great but experience was less than it should be. Not busy. they were just too busy moving thier lips instead of feet.
