The service I received felt like help from an experienced friend that was out to protect my investment as much as me. I had a lot of unknowns about what I wanted that were patiently explained or worked through until I could decided. Every opportunity to save me a little bit was looked for without me asking, and out of the stock on hand the options were suggested based on how the value would retain. I never felt like I was being pushed into a sale nor for a big ticket sale. The attention was great, positive, and felt like a friendship. I trust the purchase I made and that I will continue to have friendship my dealership representative.

Just had Malibu in for oil change and tire rotation. Informed attendant that Onstar was recommending air filter and cabin filter b replaced. After checking this, he called me to let me know that they both look good yet and don't need to b changed at this time. I really appreciate the honesty at your dealership. I recently left Graffs-Davison due to many unsatisfactory patch jobs for repairs. One of them stranding me due to mechanics negligence almost causing fire. Car was towed to your dealership to repair their mistake which they didn't want to own up to. Simms was able to bring us back and look at the damage. Simms was able to get some of the repair covered and myself to pay balance. Out of the 3 or 4 times I have been to Simms after leaving Graffs, Simms is wonderful!! Wouldn't change a thing.
