Higher prices than local competition, but an overall friendlier vibe here that usually makes it worth the price. This morning I encountered 11 employees who all made eye contact, said good morning, and offered to help me. You do not find that in big box shops. Fresh selection is good. Better bakery (esp donuts) than the local spots, too!
The staff is friendly and polite. You want to have a card for the store. It's free and you can only get the marked sale prices if you have the card.
I love this store because I can always get in and out in a flash. The store isn't the cheapest store to shop at but now they have the app just like meijers where you can clip your coupons and save money. I just don't seem to ever have the time to do that. It is clean and people are always there to help you find what you are looking for.

They have have a good selection of good produce a nice deli, and a good salad bar. The salad bar has a decently large selection of toppings that are fresh.
This used to be my favorite place to shop. However after years of having the understanding that I dealt with a little higher price for better quality products, better selection, and better customer service. I have recently been disappointed things have gone downhill over the years. After my last three trips of bare shelves in the deli, unhelpful and sometimes rude employees, and just an overall bad experience. I have decided that if I'm going to get the same treatment I would at Kroger or Walmart I might as well at least save the money. I've been addressed the manager with my concerns with hopes that things would change. They haven't so they have lost me as a customer. Hopefully things change for the better eventually for everyone else they still have as customers. You would think with all of their locations closing and stuff they would want to change. Yet I don't have High Hopes considering how things have gone in the past.
