Great service, low prices, fast checkout. Even has a grocery department where I get water and snacks while picking up construction materials. Super convenient, one stop shopping, home improvement center.
Friendly and helpful associates. Everything you need for home and outdoor projects. Prices are very reasonable. Store is always clean and neat. Everything is easy to find. Can't find something, ask any associate, they will kindly take you to the item . Love shopping at Menards.
Finding a customer service person to help you is nearly impossible, and when you do find one they are impossibly rude. I'll go to Lowe's or Home dept next time; the slightly lower prices at Menards are not worth the hassle of the extremely poor customer service!!!!
