Always have had great customer service. They have really healthy pets also. Wonderful spot to go to get all your needs for your animals
Great store. They take great care of their animals and also may sometimes take in some animals from other people. I have gave them some baby bunnies. But just remember this is a pet store and your animals could die from a sickness. It's not the pet stores fault. Please do your research before buying. Glad that you tried to save all the animals when the old one burnt down. Very great staff and tons of different reptiles, birds, mammals. I'd give this a 10 star if it went that far.
The staff was great friendly quick to help if needed checked to make sure you're doing ok but my friend bought me a bubble eyed fish from here last Friday I had him 5 days and he died!! I came home to him floating at the bottom with his mouth wide open I can't get the image out of my head it was horrible
The store had lots of stuff for many different kind of pet from fish and lizards to bird and dogs amazing staff that will answer any question you have and if they don't know they will ask some one else working all in all great experience and great staff
