This company is a joke. I had my cellar flood at the beginning of the season and the insurance company called these hacks out to drain out the water and fix the floor drain. When they ran the pump hose out to start evacuating the water they left the hose in the middle of my yard instead of running it another 10-15 feet to the ditch. The amount of water and the pressure coming out of the hose eroded way a large area next to and around my ditch. When I had informed them of this they assured me that they would fix it. When the insurance company issued me the check for the repairs these "contractors" called me asking when are they going to get paid, even though the job was not yet completed. I had informed them again about my yard that they damaged and they then said that the estimate they gave me and the insurance company did not include the repairs to my yard. They then told me that if I wanted my yard fixed that I would have to pay for it, even though they are the ones who damaged it. After a long and heated phone call we agreed that I would pay for the dirt and they would fix it. They sent a guy out and started "working" on it. But as soon as I paid him he packed up and left never completing the job. I will never do business again with these guys and I recommend looking elsewhere for a "contractor".
Was told I would receive a phone call regarding price for my lawn service. Never received call about price or confirmation when they would be there to spray (I have a dog who is outside constantly). Then a few months later I get a bill? Which I don't pay because who would randomly send money to someone? Then after a few more months I get a notice from collections. Over a $65 bill for services I have no proof they were done, a $105 collections notice shows up at my house. Now I get to deal with that. What's worse is I know the owner and should have known better..
