Not a renter but I will say the park is well maintained, the houses well kept, with cute little lawns. Park has access to high speed cable internet and TV through Comcast. My relatives are very happy living here.
Great place to live highly recommend getting ready to sign my 4th lease!! The maintenance guys are great and LOVE the girls in the office!! Very well kept park, I don't ever see myself moving from here, love it!!
Mantaince staff is great. However, the office staff is another topic. The manager of the park is nice and usually professional but they can be slow the get back with you with questions etc... I recently moved out and nobody ask for a forwarding address. They keep telling the a manager will call me back. Still haven't heard from her. All I want to know is if I should expect our deposit. Everytime I call it's a new story. I'm starting to think they are sabotaging us on getting the deposit back. They showed the home to perspective renter before doing a walk through. When we showed up to do a walk through we were told the manager went home early. Nonetheless, I will keep calling till I get a straight answer.
Nice park, but the lot rent can be a little high depending on the terms you get.
They have not put up are shed or skirting and it's almost winter. I would not recommend this to anyone.
