Even though the waiting time can get a bit lengthy, it is quite understanding because you get the best services and no charge for them just to look at what may be the issues with your vehicle. The gentleman that inspected my van was pleasant and I felt he was very honest about what needed to be fixed. He even took me out to the garage and showed me where the problem was. He has completed service on my previous vehicle. No over charging. No scams to get you to have to come back. Honest and very busy shop because of their service. Completely satisfied with the excellent service and I will continue to take my van to Muffler Man.
Great at replacing parts; not so great at diagnosing and fixing your vehicle. Time after time I would take my vehicle here to have them replace a part that didn't fix the issue, and then take my vehicle back to them for them replace another part that didn't fix the vehicle. After dropping thousands of dollars in parts and labor that never fixed my vehicles, I found a new, trusted mechanic. I think the establishment is more concerned with getting vehicles in and out than actually making sure they are in working order when they leave their doors.
Get there early or sign-in and do things you need to get done because there's usually a wait. But they have a top-notch crew and their prices can't be beat. It's worth the wait

Had exhaust fixed. Makes a funny noise now. Can't get it looked at unless I wait in line again. Doesn't seem right to wait again. I'll get it looked at somewhere else and never go back. They should take appointments.
