The staff at Tuffy are very friendly and helpful. They work with us on repairs and assist us with a timeline in which we need future repairs. I have been going to this location for around 10+ years. Very good at resolving weird issues with your car
The mechanic couldn't work on my 2010 Chevy Equinox because "my engine was too dirty and I needed to take it to a car wash and spray it off." Ummm....? I lived on dirt roads with my previous vehicle so I know what dirty looks like. I had previous work done here before and never had a problem. But when I take my vehicle into a shop, I expect it to be fixed regardless of the price. This was a deal breaker for me and will be the last time I ever give them my business.
In a time where service shops of all kinds have customer service issues because they employ techs with 0 people skills, along comes this wonderful place.

Super fast, super knowledgeable, and does not charge outrageously, even when you think they should\could.
